    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is the difference between fiberglass and silicate tapes?

Fiberglass tapes are heat resistant up to approximately 700 °C and are a cost-effective solution. Silicate tapes, on the other hand, can withstand temperatures up to 1260 °C, making them ideal for extreme high-temperature applications.

    Are self-adhesive options available?

Yes, we supply self-adhesive high-temperature tapes that are easy to install and save time during assembly and maintenance.

Which industries are these tapes suitable for?

Our tapes are used in a wide range of industries, including industrial ovens, fire protection systems, machinery and plant engineering, as well as in power generation, automotive, and shipbuilding industries.

What operating temperatures do the tapes cover?

Depending on the material, our tapes are suitable for temperatures ranging from approx. 550 °C (E-glass) up to 1260 °C (alumino-silicate fibers). Please refer to the technical data for exact specifications.

Which widths and thicknesses are available?

We offer a wide variety of widths and thicknesses to meet different application requirements. Custom dimensions can be manufactured upon request to suit your specific needs.
